This picture depicts the area in the front of the automobile, below the dash and just in front of the armrest that divides the driver’s seat from the passenger seat.

There is a partially smoked cigarette in the ashtray and below that what looks like an apple and the victim’s glasses sitting on top of a tissue box. Note that the right lens of the glasses is clearly missing with the next tissue in the box protruding through the frame where that lens was.

The blood spots in this area are of undetermined origin. They are not in a line from the exit wound of shot 1, and neither could they be, as will be determined, blood spatter from shot 2.
